Global Dunk Empire does not publish policy pages of any kind. There is no policy document on globaldunkempire.com, in any social bio, or in any booking material that could be found. This page therefore does not restate a company policy, because there is not one to restate. It sets out only what is actually verifiable, and what you should get in writing yourself.
What this site is
This is an information site about Global Dunk Empire and Christon “Chris” Staples. It does not take payments, hold accounts, sell anything or process a booking. Every action that involves money happens on somebody else’s site — the booking form on globaldunkempire.com, or a checkout on fanarch.com.
Everything published here was copied from a live public source and re-checked on 26 August 2026. Where a fact was not published, this site marks the gap visibly rather than filling it. If you spot something that has changed or is wrong, email globaldunkempire@gmail.com.
Booking terms
A booking enquiry is not a contract. Submitting the form at globaldunkempire.com/hire-us starts a conversation; it does not reserve a date, fix a fee or commit either side to anything.
Global Dunk Empire publishes no standard booking contract, no service agreement and no terms of engagement. The following are all not published — agree each one in writing:
- Fee, what it includes, and payment schedule
- Deposit amount and whether it is refundable
- Travel, accommodation and per-diem responsibility
- Performance duration, crew size and technical requirements
- Venue, rim, flooring and safety obligations, and who is responsible for each
- Public liability insurance and indemnities
- Filming, photography and usage rights in any footage of the performance
- Cancellation, rescheduling and force majeure
- Governing law and dispute resolution
Because none of this is public, treat a written email exchange covering these points as the contract. Do not rely on anything stated on this site, or on globaldunkempire.com, as a contractual term — neither is offered as one.
Merchandise terms
Merchandise purchases are governed by Fan Arch’s terms of service and its related policies. Fan Arch is the seller of record on every Chris Staples listing. Global Dunk Empire is not a party to your merchandise purchase.
Intellectual property
The Global Dunk Empire name and logo, and all photography reproduced here, belong to Global Dunk Empire. Product photography belongs to Fan Arch. Photographs are used here to describe the business they depict; no ownership is claimed over any of them, and no endorsement of this site by any third party is implied.

Links to globaldunkempire.com, fanarch.com, social platforms and press sources are provided for verification. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices and are outside this site’s control. A link is not an endorsement of anything else on the destination site.
No warranty on third-party accuracy
Figures such as follower counts, prices and product availability change without notice. Everything here reflects what those sources published on 26 August 2026. Always confirm a current price on the seller’s own product page before ordering.
Governing law
The governing law for a Global Dunk Empire engagement is not published. The company is based in Los Angeles, California, but that alone does not settle it — agree the governing law explicitly in your booking correspondence, particularly for an international engagement.
