Global Dunk Empire does not publish policy pages of any kind. There is no policy document on globaldunkempire.com, in any social bio, or in any booking material that could be found. This page therefore does not restate a company policy, because there is not one to restate. It sets out only what is actually verifiable, and what you should get in writing yourself.

Two completely different situations

Whether you can get money back depends entirely on what you bought, because two different organisations are involved.

1. Merchandise — Fan Arch’s policies apply

All 23 Chris Staples products are sold, printed, shipped and refunded by Fan Arch, an independent retailer. The vendor field on every listing reads “Fan Arch”. Global Dunk Empire does not take merchandise payments and cannot process a merchandise refund.

Your rights on a merch order are set by Fan Arch’s published policies. All four were live and returned HTTP 200 when checked on 26 August 2026:

Read the current version at the source before ordering — a retailer can change its terms at any time, and the specific return window and condition requirements are Fan Arch’s to state, not this site’s. Fan Arch’s support route is fanarch.com/pages/contact-us.

One practical warning

Much of this catalogue is print-on-demand apparel produced per order, with size and colour chosen at checkout. That is exactly the category where retailers most often restrict returns on change-of-mind. Check the size chart on the product page carefully before you order, and confirm the return window before you buy.

2. Event bookings — agreed individually

Global Dunk Empire publishes no refund terms for bookings, deposits or appearance fees. Refundability is not published — it must be agreed in writing at the time of booking. See Cancellation for the specific terms to nail down.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page reduces any consumer right you have under the law of your own country or state. Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right than a seller’s stated policy, the law wins.
