Global Dunk Empire does not publish policy pages of any kind. There is no policy document on globaldunkempire.com, in any social bio, or in any booking material that could be found. This page therefore does not restate a company policy, because there is not one to restate. It sets out only what is actually verifiable, and what you should get in writing yourself.
The position today
No cancellation window, notice period, deposit-forfeit rule, reschedule right or force-majeure clause is published by Global Dunk Empire. Every one of those terms is not published — it must be agreed individually with the company.
Practically, that means the terms of your booking are whatever you and the company write down between you. There is no published default to fall back on if you do not.
What to agree in writing before you pay
Live performance bookings turn on a handful of terms. Get each of these confirmed by email before any money moves — a single email thread that both sides have replied to is enough.
- Notice period for client cancellation, and what is owed at each stage (for example, at 30 days out versus 7 days out).
- Whether the deposit is refundable, and under what circumstances.
- Rescheduling. Whether the date can be moved rather than cancelled, how much notice that needs, and whether the fee carries over.
- Performer cancellation. What happens if the crew cannot travel — injury, illness, visa or flight failure. Whether you get a full refund, a substitute performer, or a rescheduled date.
- Weather and venue failure, which matters for outdoor grand openings and any event dependent on a rim being installed.
- Non-refundable costs already incurred, such as flights booked on your behalf.
- Who is insured and for what.
Merchandise orders are a separate matter
Nothing on this page applies to merchandise. Merch is sold by Fan Arch, which publishes its own policies — see Refunds & returns.
Who to ask
Cancellation questions should go to globaldunkempire@gmail.com or through the official booking form. Get the answer in writing and keep it.
